It will make the internet up to 87% slower, more expensive, and block up to 1 in 12 legitimate sites. The government of the day may add any ‘unwanted’ site to a secret blacklist under the scheme, such as euthanasia information, Iain O’Brien’s Fagot Blog, or anything else it deems offensive.
What’s more it will miss the vast majority of inappropriate content and is very easily sidestepped. The use of overseas based proxy servers will allow anyone with half a clue to still browse any blocked website, albeit painfully slowly, and questionable content will still be available via BitTorrent and other file sharing technologies.
Please sign the survey as there is still hope for this expensive, ineffective, and downright frightening bill to be quashed.

Luckily clean sites like mine won’t be affected.
You should be right, Conroy is a big fan of the balls
