That’s right all you Mohali Meat-Eaters fans out there, the first grudge match of the IPL is on Friday when the brave and noble Meat-Eaters take on those bastards at the Chenai Chuckers.
In recognition of this remarkable ocasion, the authorities at Meat-Eating Headquarters have agreed for Beer and Sport to officially release their new logo, in recognition of the fact that their one was as pants as their original name.
Remarkably this age old rivalry has been so hotly contested over the centuries that the ledger is even, which means the winner of Friday’s game will take an unasailable lead that can’t be overturned for several weeks… unless it’s a tie and the bowl-off is also drawn. Or it rains.
Anyway, Mohali Meat-Eaters v Chenai Chuckers. I might even watch this one.
