The alcohol tax in this country is ridiculous, much like our income and fuel taxes.

I have it on good advice that Coopers is significantly cheaper in Canada than in Adelaide where it’s brewed!

btw the Carlton I was referring to is Carlton Draught, which is currently my favourite budget beer. That said I generally drink Cascade these days.

It's great beer, a lot better than 99% of the stuff in the states(at least better then Bud or Miller), but still you guys really get taxed to death if you want to enjoy a brew.
